Services
We offer you comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy and ongoing follow up appointments to meet your treatment goals.
This combination of assessment, medication, and therapy has been shown to be highly effective in reducing psychiatric symptoms, substance use, and improve treatment retention.

Psychiatric Evaluations &
Follow up
Psychiatric Evaluations- Involves gathering information about the individual's medical history, current symptoms, and personal experiences. This evaluation will be conducted by a psychiatric nurse practitioner, who utilizes standardized assessment tools and interviews to gain a holistic understanding of the individual's mental state.
Follow Ups- Involves ongoing reassessment to manage remaining/relapsing symptoms until an achieved period of remission vs a long-term treatment period.

Medication Management &
Medication Assisted Treatment
Medication Management- involves the prescription, administration, and monitoring of medications to alleviate symptoms and improve overall well-being. Effective medication management requires a comprehensive understanding of the patient's condition, careful selection of appropriate medications, and regular evaluation of their efficacy and side effects. Collaboration between the nurse practitioner and patients is essential to ensure optimal outcomes.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a comprehensive approach to treating substance use disorders. We are currently offering Buprenorphine/Naloxone, Naltrexone, Campral, Topamax. MAT helps to alleviate the withdrawal symptoms and cravings by targeting receptors and reward pathways.

Psychotherapy
Therapy- Counseling, that involves verbal communication between the nurse practitioner and a patient. This therapeutic approach aims to help individuals overcome emotional distress, mental health issues, and personal challenges. It provides a safe and non-judgmental space for self-reflection and exploration, proven to be a powerful tool in promoting emotional well-being and personal growth. Therapy leads to emotional healing, self-discovery, and improved interpersonal connections.
